My macbook air has been running kind of slow lately.( ran quite fast before) Its being very slow opening applications and sometimes doing the rainbow wheel of death. It seems like Itunes is causing the problem, and often have to "force quit" itunes casue it taking so my memory up. But could there be another problem, maybe stuff I can delete. I do have a lot of programs from the previous owner installed as Microsoft Office, VMware, Photoshop CS3 bundle.

Note: I have had 2 logic board replaced under factory warranty, had original 1 replcaed, then new one was faulty, so had to replace again.

Macbook Specs:
1.6ghz core 2 duo
2GB RAM
120GB(4200) HD
MAC OS X version 10.6.8

Usually only use computer for internet/school work. I Just installed Istat to monitor cpu/mem activity so ill see if this helps.

any suggestions would be great!
