So who thinks the problems we are seeing with the new macbook pros are due to the dreaded Rev (A) curse? Who believes these are normal problems that happen with all notebooks no matter how long they have been out?

What problems do you mean?

I am saying that as I just ordered a new MBP and have not heard of too many problems....

Again, I will repeat what I have said in other threads. Most of the "problems" that you speak of are very minor and will likely show up in rev B/C/D and so forth. For example, you cannot guarantee 100% (in fact not even 50%) that every single unit of rev B will have perfect non-dented, non-scratched, non-keyboard-warped machines, because such errors are an intrinsic part of the manufacturing process.

And plus, many complaints are about subjective things, like design preference over this and that, etc
