Reverse OpenSSH?

I have my iPad hacked to allow me to use OpenSSH to view files that are on my iPad using my computer. Is it possible to view files on my computer from my iPad?

On OS X, you can enable the SSH server under 'Remote Login' in Preferences > Sharing. I have no idea about windows, just google for an SSH server. Then uyou can use terminal on the iPad to login.

You can do that without jail breaking using apps from the app store (assuming you have a SSH server setup), for server admin type stuff I use iSSH and it works great.
