Revert to El Capitan Public Release from Beta w/ Time Machine Restore

I have been searching for 45 minutes on how to do this and Google PageRank is littered with articles from July 2015 of people downgrading from the El Capitan Public Beta to Yosemite / Mavericks.

I have an iMac running the current El Capitan Public Beta (10.11.4 Beta (15E64a)
I sold the iMac on eBay
I need to restore the iMac to the current shipping public release version (GM) of El Capitan (10.11.3)

I'm pretty sure the standard restore process will work just fine.

My concern is the Time Machine backup. When my new iMac arrives, can I simply restore from the Time Machine backup without issue or will I Need to enroll the new iMac in the Public Beta to restore my data?
