Revert to Old Icons

I used candybar to change some system icons. I had a few problems with the shared windows hard drive icons that were mounted on my desktop. I ended up doing a restore from candybar to revert to the old icons, but one of them still remains. I don't know how to get rid of it.

I deleted candybar, ran OnyX to clean my cache, but it still remains.

Suggestions?

candybar should have an option to revert to the default icons.
