hi,i would like to know when i update today maverics to official yosemite,and if i dont like it what is the best way to revert back to maverics?

note: at this time i dont have any storage solution like usb flash,or external hdd to make a back up and restore it later.

is there any cloud solution or i need to use internet recovery?

You must make a Time Machine backup, otherwise you've to do a clean install of Mavericks via Internet Recovery or a bootable USB stick.
