Reverting back to the old reflective dock

Hello I just want to know the necessary steps to have my 1.1.4 touch revert back to the old reflective dock. I presume just replacing the image, add some codes to some plists maybe even shift the text up? Anyone know where I can find some instructions and files to download to make this happen?

There are some various Summerboard themes that have that dock... you can just find one, then tell summerboard to only theme the dock.

No reflection though.

I think Kate too has the old dock, and it has reflections. You gotsta pay though.
