I recently purchased a Brenthaven Fusion MB (http://brenthaven.com/catalog-messenger-bags.html) messenger bag for my 15" MacBook Pro. I must say that I am very impressed with the construction of the bag (and it also has a lifetime guarantee). The selling point of this bag is the protection it offers which Brenthaven calls the CORE Protection System. The front and back sides as well as the bottom of the computer compartment are hard and padded with 1" of foam. The other sides have padded "springs" to hold the computer in place (the diagram here explains it much better - http://brenthaven.com/core-protection-levels.html). On the top, a pad folds over and then the whole thing is secured with a velcro flap. The forward compartment of the bag can be expanded to fit a textbook or two or a couple notebooks. The bag is very comfortable to carry as it has a nice padded strap. On the front of the bag, there are a few compartments for pencils, an iPod, etc. and the back of the bag and the front flap both have some nice zippered compartments. Overall, I give this bag a 10/10 and recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome way to protect their laptop and carry a few other things with them. If you need a little more convincing that this bag offers amazing protection, check out this video (http://podcasts.macnn.com/brenthaven.m4v). I will have pictures soon!
