The cable has a bit larger dimensions compared to the original Apple, which is to be expected especially as the housing is full metal. The cord is also thicker due to the extra braided cover protection. Clearly this cable is designed for heavy use and seems much sturdier than many of the plastic cables available.
The charging capacity measured over 2A, so it's efficiently charging both my 6 and Air (especially). Just need to make sure the wall (or car) adapter supports at least 2.4A for fully utilizing the cable capacity.
Overall, I am very happy and impressed with this cable and fully recommend!
