ok so i do a little photography and i thought i'd take a photo of my phone and post my setup for people who are looking for the minimalist/thin look... i did mine a little different by stacking 2 back protectors... i see people mixing with luckylabs... i used carbonbumper.com's skins and SGP leather...
full res here to zoom in on the detail of the cuts.. one thing i'd like to point out is that Carbonbumper says that the skin overlaps by 1/8 of an inch and you can see it on the top of the phone.... its very minor... but some of you are sticklers... also, the leather piece is slightly smaller than the carbon back... but its cool.. it adds a little carbon frame around the leather...
SGP Leather Skin Gaurd + Steinheil Ultra Crystal Screen Protector
ships in a folded cardboard around the original packaging... your shipment wont get folded at all.. SGP seems to be getting a lot of heat lately.. i had NO PROBS with them... the screen protector went on without missing any contact... my leather doesnt have the teardrop cut but the full oval... sooo.. i see they changed that... the screen protector does get fine scratches through use... but its pretty damn clear and i like it...
Graphite Carbon Bumper + Back
shipped in a white manila type folder... no problems with it getting folded for me... came fast and no probs... the texture is AWESOME... one thing i didnt like about the sides of the iphone before was that its kinda slick... with the carbon bumpers, it adds a really nice grip... didnt think about this so it was a nice surprise... the cut is precise as hell...
i use the seidio clip for the naked phone cuz im a holster guy... i had to mod the case to fit the phone with the skin... their clip is THAT precise where it wouldnt fit the phone with the carbonskin.. seidos clip is awesome... the rubber got beefed up lately...
