I recently received an MPOW AquaPro speaker for review purposes. While I put this review in the iPhone accessories forum, it is only fair to mention that I paired it with my iPad. No, I have no rational reason for having done so.
Pairing went easily. There are only a few buttons on the speaker. There's a power button, audio up, audio down, and SOS. (Help, I've fallen and I can't get up!) I didn't try the SOS button. Mostly because if the speaker is hanging from the faucet and I fall, there's no way I'll reach it to hit the SOS button. <shrug>
The speaker itself is a nice solid cube, with a "door" for charging. I found that by leaving the speaker hanging in the shower I ran into two problems. 1) I forgot to shut it upon exiting the shower, and 2) I forgot to charge it. However, it is nice and loud even with the water going full force. As promised, it is great for water use. (I would definitely take this camping/boating.)
