i just finished a phpbb site and integrated alot of my own code to make it a community site for a specific topic. please tell me what i did wrong and what could be better.

Reminds me of some Wordpress templates I've seen floating around the web. Not sure if that's a compliment or not to you.

Ummm, if you can, sticky the "Welcome to NW...." so the visitor sees it when they open the site. I know that's possible in Drupal, but I don't know about phpBB.
