I picked up a great iPad carrying bag from my local MicroCenter today and did a video review. What I really like about it is that it will fit my iPad with the Yoobao case. Check out my review:

I love STM bags. I have a small Alley bag for my Macbook.

If you can't find one in a store, I know Radtech and Amazon sell them. I bought my laptop bag at Target so it is possible that they would carry this bag in the future.
 
Also FYI Micro Center is now carrying iPad cases, they had some from Macally, Xgear and Griffin when I was there yesterday.
 
This looks really nice. I can't really justify splurging on leather/eco-leather, so this seems to be the best bet. It also appears you can fit in a book to the other pouch, which is a huge plus for me. Thanks for the tip!
