The Twelve South HiRise Deluxe is probably the last dock you'll ever need (until Apple decides to change the Lightning cable again)! The Deluxe includes a Lightning and a Micro-USB cable that fits perfectly into the stand.
The support bar can accommodate both bare smartphones as well as devices with cases onto them. It's sleek, minimal, and elegant design makes for a great stand on your desk or nightstand.
The main downside I found was that it wasn't weighted, so removing your device usually means using two hands.
