iOS Rewarded ad videos allowed, in what way?

Hi!

I know that a lot of ad services offer rewarded videos that can make the user want to see the ad to get something back.

BUT i have read in one of the guide lines that it is not allowed to encourage a user to see an ad?

So is this allowed:

Update: Please let me know because I really need to know if I can do this.. Just ask if you don't quite get me..
