"rewind and fast forward stay on screen"

I don't know if this started right after the last software update, but saying "rewind 30 seconds" or "fast forward 30 seconds" in most video apps works but the words stay on the screen and the pulsing animation also stays on even after I release the Siri microphone button. I have to press the Siri microphone button twice more to make it go away. I get the same result when using the remote app on the iPhone.

Is anyone else seeing this?
