RGB High vs Low

I am wondering what setting I should have the AppleTV 4K setting when it is on 4K SDR. Should I set it to RGB High, RGB Low or YCbCr? I have a Sony Bravia 930d if that helps.

Use YCbCr. That’s what the signal will eventually be converted to anyway.
