Rhinoshield Playproof for iPhone 8

Hi guys,
Just got myself an iPhone 8 with rhinoshield playproof. I have a weird observation - the volume buttons sound different with the case on.

I mean the Volume UP button sounds louder than the Volume DOWN button. With the case off, the buttons seem to sound the same to me.

Can anyone else confirm this? I've tried two playproof cases so far.

I have put it in a spigen case and they sound fine now.
