Has anyone given this a shot?

The reviews seem to be a little mixed, but leaning towards good. It sounds like it has some similarities to Burnout Paradise, which I absolutely love. Can anyone comment on this?

Will wait till I see it going half price online, and i'll pick it up then.

Only mildly interested simply because its basically FlatOut (same developers). Not enough to pay full whack.
