Ridiculously slow transfers

Hi, just downloaded DP4 and noticed that file transfers over Ethernet from my 3TB Time Capsule to the laptop (2012 rMBP) is ridiculously slow, talking 100mb a minute and an 4GB film is taking upwards of 30 minutes, can anyone help?! Thanks :)
