I have a 2016 MBP. When I first got it, I thought I'd sorely miss Magsafe, but I found that for the most part it wasn't that big of a deal. The only time I do miss it is when I want to work with my laptop while sitting cross legged. The TB3 charging cable has such a long stem that you either need a lapdesk or you need to sit with your legs straight out.
Anyone know why there aren't any right angle charging cables out there for a MBP? Or why there doesn't even seem to be any male to male USB-C cables with one end having a right angle plug? The closest thing I can find online are cables that have USB-C right angle on one side and a regular USB-A plug on the other.

Anyone here have experiences with right angle USB-C cables? Is there a reason why there are so few right angle plugs exist for USB-C interfaces?
I did order some right angle adapters for my TB3 charging cable. I'm hoping those will allow me to convert my existing charging cables so I can again sit cross legged with my laptop.
