So I opened my almost 1 month old 2020 13 inch MacBook Pro and the right arrow key seems to be broken on the left side. It's clicked in on the right side, but the left side of the key it won't stay down. It won't click into place. Can Apple fix this in a store on the spot or is this something that will require me sending it in? It doesn't look like the white plastic part is broken. If I had to guess I'd say it was the top key part that is broken. Perhaps the clips snapped off for some reason.

The key still works, it's just the plastic top part that won't stay in place. I have tried to get it to click into place, but it doesn't do anything and I'm worried I may break it more if I push too hard.

This sucks! Thanks for any help.

If you have an Apple Store nearby, make an appt to take it to the genius bar.
They'll handle it.
If they can't fix it in the store, they'll send it out.

Really... what other options are there?
And since it's still under warranty, why do anything else?
