right click cut?

pc user for past 2 decades.

Is there any way to right-click, "move here".

I have coppied files the went to window where i want to put them and done the cntrl + cmd + v to move.

any way to add the move here to the right click?

Hold Option and Paste will turn into Move in the menu. I don't know of any way to make that permanent, however.
