Right Click "Open With" Lightroom?

Is there a way I can add the option to open a file in Lightroom when I right click with my mouse on my Mac? When I right click I get my CS5 and some other programs but I can't figure out how to get Lightroom as an option. Any suggestions?

Images have to be imported into Lightroom before editting. So I guess it's a no.

Can you drag the photos to the Lightroom application icon in the Dock?

Right Click>Open With>Other... and choose Lightroom.

But to be honest, there's not a lot of point, because it will only bring up the Import dialog anyway; as Kebabselector said above, LR can only work on images once they're imported in to the catalog.
