Right click problem!!

Hey fellows i recently got this problem and it's driving me nuts, my right click options changed itself and it has less options than before, i'm adding before-after pictures to lighten u guys out about the problem.

What program is this in (and I know it sounds stupid, but are those two pictures from the same program)?

Your right-click menu is context-sensitive. That means the menu items change, depending on where your mouse is when you right-click.

Please explain. You mean you right-click on the link and get one menu, then right-click the same link again and get a different menu? What link is it?
