I am wondering if a MacBook Air would be the right laptop for me.
More specifically the 2013 i7/8gb/256 model.
I am looking for a capable portable machine that can have multiple browsers open at a time with 6-8 tabs each. Would it be able to drive a 1080p external monitor and play dota 2/ wow at reasonable fps? And if I were to play on battery using just the laptops screen, would it last through at least two 30-50 minute matches of dota on a full charge?
I have a desktop for heavy work, but am looking for a more portable solution to be used if I have to travel that has a decent amount of battery life.
I would ideally hope to get a good 4 or so years of use out of this laptop, so is this a smart choice?
