Right/left clicking w/regular mouse

Dear members, I have downloaded a realplayer and in order to download youtube vids I need to be able to right click my mouse. Here's the problem, I have a reg/apple mouse. I looked though sis/pref but found no info. Can someone help me on this one.

Hold done CRTL and click. That's effectively right clicking.

Hold down the CTRL key when you click.

This is offtopic but you can download videos by pressing option(alt)+command+a when you are browsing through Safari. A window will open and then you click on the one that has the biggest size. A file will download and then you just add the extension flv and.... Done!

Simple as that!
