So yea, today i noticed that the right side of my mouse is sunk in. It works, but its sunk in, and makes a weird click sound when i just even lightly press anywhere on the mouse.

*NOTE: this is the built in mouse, no a usb or wireless mouse.

Any tips or advise on how to fix this? Anyone else ever experience anything like this?

Thanks!

"Mouse" meaning the clicker below the trackpad is partly sunk in?
Exactly the same problem on my ancient 500GHZ iBook.

I had a similar problem with my MacBook but the entire button was 'sunken' and didnt make a click sound or sensation. Being used to my iBook that did click I just thought the MB simply didnt 'click' and obviously didnt notice the sunken button because I had no idea how the button should look. After a year the button stopped working and I took it into an Apple store and they replaced it free of charge because the guy explained to me that it should of had a click sensation and was definitely faulty to begin with, I just didnt know it was.

My advice would be to get an apple genius to look at it.
