Does anyone else have an issue where waking up from sleep causes OS X to think the retina screen is actually two separate screens?

Looks like you have Teamviewer running. I would suspect that some other app that you have running.

Maybe. My most recent install has been Duet Display, so that could be it. Might try to narrow things down some more before filing a bug report.
