Ringer and alert volume changes

Anyone else having this problem? I have it set so the buttons don't change the volume (as I always have), but my ringer and alert volume definitely gets changed to a much lower volume. Never had this issue until the last few weeks. (iPhone 6)

The same was happening to me. Super annoying. I found out my ringer volume changed when I was using the - volume button to snooze my alarms in the morning. Stupid. I miss iOS 6.

Still having this problem. I'll change my ringer volume to max and check only an hour later and it's down to 30%. It always changes with a day. Really irritating.
