Ringer in Nissan Motor cars (Infiniti) is disabled

The upgrade to 4 disabled the vehicle internal ringer on my Infiniti FX 35 (Nissan Motors).

All other functions seem to be operational..

My dealer says Infiniti is aware of the problem but it can not resolve it since it is a software problem with the iPhone.

Att says talk to Apple, Apple says no problem exists, and they all but said I was nuts..::

Same thing in my Mercedes C350. At least the music volume goes down so I know calls coming in.
