Ringer wont work, vibrate and blue tooth work when I get a call

I have tried rebooting, and also reset the phone.. still no sound from phone when someone calls vibrate works, also no sound from games. my blue tooth will ring in my ear, but not the phone. the speakers work with music, youtube. anybody else have this happen??
