RingGo Dynamic Island Issue

Hi everyone, tried Apple Support but they aren’t up to speed.
I use the car parking App RingGo and found the dynamic island count down a massive step forward saving me keep flipping between apps to check parking times.
The issue is: some days the count down is in the dynamic island and other days it isn’t. I’ve not played with settings at all.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Incase anyone is interested:
I have identified the issue.

Once you have paid for your parking session using the RingGo app, select ‘up date favourite’ and the widget and dynamic island count down appears.
You will have to select ‘update favourite’ every parking session, even if you’ve already done so for that location in the past, if you want the dynamic island and Lock Screen widget count downs to function.
