Ringtone Disappearing

So I bought a ringtone on Wednesday and set it as my ringer on my phone. It worked fine for a few hours. Then, it suddenly disappeared and my phone was ringing with the default tone. I checked, and it was still set as the one I bought. Confused, I went back into iTunes and repurchased it, receiving a warning that I already owned it. The same thing happened. The ringtone shows up in my tones for like an hour or two, then disappears.

Is this an ios8 glitch of some sort? I'm on an AT&T iPhone 6 16gb.

Had the same problem Apple says it is a know issue and they are working it. They gave me 5 credits on Itunes to make ringtones from.

I'll have to email their support. I just received an iTunes receipt for the same ringtone 4 times and now it's disappeared again. I assumed it was like an app and clicking buy when I already owned it wouldn't charge me.
