Can you help please. My Ringtone Folder disappeared from iTunes and I cannot drag my 29 second .m4r file from desktop into music section in iTunes to create one. Any other thoughts please.

jsut double click the .mr4 file in finder on on your desktop or whereever its saved and it will open iTunes and add to ringtones
