Ringtone Sync Issue (3G)

So I bought ringtones (did it with the iTunes deal) and I went to sync them onto my phone and an error comes up that says "we can not add ringtone because you are not authorized to use this computer". It's my laptop and I created the iTunes account. I just don't get it.....
