Ringtones do not appear in iTunes

Hi folks,

I am running iTunes7.5 and trying to get some of my music as ringtones on my unlocked iPhone w/ v1.1.1 firmware. Do I need to enable this somehow in iTunes?

Wierd thing is that under the View > Options (?) menu, I do not see a check box for ringtones at all. I wonder if this feature is somehow disabled for iTunes when downloaded for a Canadian address, since we have no iPhone service here officially yet?

Does anyone know?
