Ringtones :(

Purchased "8 Unique Ringtones" from iTunes and tried to create rings out of it.
I get this during my attempt:

iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. An unknown error occured (11556) Make sure your network connection is active and try again.

Any tips? I mean its 99cents but the workload is costly

Well it took a few hours some sleep and finally found out what this was. Apparently I can bypass this error if I change my Country to USA. Well since Im Canadian thats not going to actually fly here Sent Apple my gripe.
Frick 99cents compared to hours wasted because there was no disclaimer (one that I dont know about) that its USA only
What a waste of time!
