Rip iPod music on to iTunes?

So somehow my iMac just got messed up... ended up fixing everything by creating a new account and transfering everything (so I thought) but other than this problem, everything is great.
I open up iTunes, and I only have like 200 songs!! I used to have WAY more than this but somehow they got lost. I do however still have all of them on my iPod, and was wondering if there was anyway to transfer songs from my iPod on to iTunes.
