It's no longer free. You have to pay for Apple Music to get it, or else you get an error message saying "Get on our wavelength[...]". This ought to be front page news.

This really sucks for me. I used to use it all the time. Now I guess I'll have to switch to Pandora or Spotify, and I've got a useless "radio" button in iTunes. What is it with Apple and abandoning stuff after a few years?

P.S. Sorry, IDK if this is the right forum section, but I couldn't find an iTunes section.

It should be mentioned that the regular "streaming radio stations" that have always been a part of iTunes are still there, and still work.

I never once tried or used iTunes radio (the Apple service).

Also we all knew the day was coming when iTunes Radio would be subscription only so this isn't really news.
