All iPads rip magazine DVD ROM for viewing on ipad

I have a DVD ROM in PDF (this is not a movie DVD) with several year's worth of the artist's magazine, it is made to view on a computer, but I would also like to be able to view the content on my ipad.

can I rip the disc to an ipad format? so I can browse my magazine contents on the ipad?
