Hey,

I bought a cheap MP3 player for the kids (Lenco MP CARD ). When I rip music from one of my CD's in iTunes (doesn't matter so long it's in MP3 format, like i'm doing for years now) and copy it to the USB drive trough finder, the mp3-player won't play the music (every file is copied perfectly).

When I use an other cd ripper like NMP3 Ripper everything works fine... Is it a bug in iTunes or something els? Both computers have the same problem with ripping in iTunes (iMac 2006 and macbook pro 2011)

I never had this problem before, because i always used apple's MP3 players.
But with the kids nothing lives long :p.

Someone knows a solution?

Thanks for the reaction and sorry for the english :p

This happens sometimes, if you're using encoding settings your player does not support. The solution is to check your encoding settings in Preferences - General tab - click Import Settings... button - select MP3 if it's not already selected - click Custom... and verify the settings against what your player can handle.
