I'd like to create a video podcast in iMovie, using some clips I record, plus screenshots and videos and trailers while I overlay my voice on top talking.
When I'm done I'll have an MPEG-4 file (.mp4).
Is there a way to rip the audio off of that MPEG-4 file and save it as an MP3, so I can offer it both as an audio podcast and a video?
