Is it possible to make MP3 files from the audio track of an MP4 movie? I have some stand-up DVDs that I ripped with HandBrake, and I'd like to be able to listen to the routines on my iPod without copying the entire 700 MB file to my iPod.

ETA: Okay, so I found another thread with a link to MPEG Streamclip. A more advanced question, then: The movie files are divided into chapters, and I'd like to convert each chapter into an MP3 track. In other words, I want to take a DVD divided into chapters and convert it into an album made up of tracks. Is that possible?
