Ripping blu-Ray Audio question.

When ripping a blu-Ray with Makemkv should I be ripping DTS or DD or Both? I want HD audio but will going with DTS over DD effect compatibility of the file? I intend to play these files in Plex/XBMC as well as on a Xtreamer or Popbox
