Ripping Copy Contol CDS-200 CDs

I've got a bunch of Avex CDs I'm trying to rip as Apple Lossless, but not sure how to do it on a Mac. The audio seems to be in a single file, YUCCA.CDS, which is about 840MB in size. Any ideas?
