Ripping DVD software

So i use mac the ripper but what about a program that allows you to take out other languages etc and change the percentage of extras and main movie stuff ie like DVD Shrink for windows. Anything good out there i dont know about?
 
handbrake...it rocks...u can encode to h.264 or mp4 and pick language extra and even subtitles
 
im looking to backup a DVD to a DVD-r not to my ipod video i like to have them on DVD any other suggestions?
