So I followed all the directions on the guide and i transferred the file to itunes and all that worked fine but when I tried to transfer the file from itunes to my ipod it went ok until very close to the end my ipod started ticking and then it automatically disconnected itself from the computer (like I had just ripped the usb out without ejecting), and I got the unsafe eject message. My ipod is nowhere near full I have at least 15 gigs free and the file was only 1.67gb, this happened about 3 times, but everything on my ipod seemed fine after the eject, all my music and playlists were still intact. any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

Had a very similar problem with a couple of rips. I think it has to do something with corrupted spaces in yr encoded movie. Tried re-riping and coding them and they worked. Hope this helps
