iPod ripping dvds..(pc friendly software needed)

does any one know of any way to rip dvds for my ipod with software that i can use for windows?

huh? i dont get it...if u think im trying to "catch u" for something...go read my other posts and see how clueless i am...i got an ipod last month and am trying to make the most of it...seriously, does anyone else know?
