Ripping Homemade DVDs

Hey Everyone,

Recently I've been using a DVD player/recorder to get some VHS tapes over to DVD (For obvious reasons). The DVD player/recorder unit threw this ugly menu onto it. I'm looking to give the DVDs a polished look using iDVD... so I need to get the content onto my MBP.

Does Handbrake (and the like) work with homemade DVDs? Each of the DVDs have about 10 different videos, so 10 different menu options. How can I have Handbrake or MacTheRipper rip all the content at once?

Will this just pull the VOB files from the disk? If that is all, I can just manually drag them from the Finder... or will Mac the Ripper also convert them to a format usable in iDVD??

It'll just take them off the disk, it won't convert them.
